as above, I have looked thru this thread and not found a link (that works) to a RMX 250 repair manual. Anyone out there have a link?

I see there are a couple of torrents found by various torrent search engines, but I cannot torrent at work... funny that.

OK, haven't looked at all the links listed on this thread, however, the following link will allow a free download of the full 525 (or 450 and/or 250) RFS engine manual with excellent pictures and text.
Please Note.....it is the Beta Motorcycles web site, however, the engine is the same 07 and earlier KTM RFS.
I saved a copy onto the hard drive for future reference.

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know of a "haynes" type workshop manual? I guess I need something a little more detailed than my owners manual. Something that tells and shows me what to do during a minor service. I do my own oil changes but a guide on showing me how to do other things would be great. Does anything exist?

What's the diff between the KTM 450 07 & 08? I cant find a similar book for my 2008 model.

The 2007 engine is the RFS engine. The 2008/2009/2010 are the newer XC4 engines.

I have a factory repair manual on CD for the 08/09 KTM EXC-R's.

It also has a copy of the front forks (WP 4357 4860 MXMA front fork UK) service manual,

and

Rear shock Repair Manual 2004-2007 WP 5018 DCC, 5018 SXS, 5018 SMR.

All three manual make the CD a pretty comprehensive kit.

The deal is if you actually own an 08/09 KTM 400/450/530 EXC-R, or a KTM with the detailed fork and shock I'll send you a copy for free If you don't own one it'll be $10 just to stop the crazy guys who'd want one just for the sake of it, if you know what I mean

I have also now attached full parts number exploded view manuals in the with the CD files as well now. Very handy.
