It's always been hard to be a fan of Ken, but I don't think he'll be too frustrated with how its gone so far. Ken seems to have taken on a bit of the Dunge's approach of consistency with the rubber side down. He's certainly got some tricks up the sleeve that we haven't seen yet this year. I can't believe he's suffering from lack of confidence, that's just not part of the Ken design!

Maybe Nutty has some insight into this...

I think it was Forkner on the weekend who really went on about working with his preacher to help him out in his racing.

What's with all the thanking God with most of the riders? Is it geographically where they mainly come from? I've always called them "the god-damns" when I refer to yanks in general, but these young riders take god-fearing to a whole new level.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

The yanks are a religious lot. They regularly thank God, Jesus Christ, etc, on the podium.

Whatever floats ya boat, etc.

I suppose there will be quite a riot when a muslim wins one day and says, "praise be to Allah".

I figured they need to be either insane or out of touch with reality to attack the sx tracks the way they do.

Blake Bagget's god must have a sick sense of humour, to punch him in the sack the way he did

Actually... if Roczen, Peick and M Stewart are heathens, you might have me reconsidering my stance on the whole thing.
Peick credits his Fly helmet for saving his brain, so I guess the big G isn't on his side

Reedy quote from racerx

CHAD REED | 7TH OVERALL IN 450SX
We made some great progress with the fork settings this past week. That carried over into the weekend, and helped contribute to my best qualifying result of the year. My speed and fitness are good, but I am frustrated with my starts. Im not giving myself a fighting chance with track position being so important. It was a hard-fought seventh place. Honestly, it was my best ride of the season. Ill continue to work on my starts and fork settings so that I get to that next level out of myself.

Track condition report looks good. Might actually get some decent racing this weekend.
