I'm of the opinion the less electrical shite on a dirt bike the better!
The path of NO FANS is my chosen ascendance. Hopefully it works out

New cooling system on the 18 so I hope they haven't reduced its ability. In the 500hrs I put on the last couple I only boiled em twice.. and at least one of those times was free riding up a mountain in knee high grass with the needle a clip leaner than it should have been..

I think the only time I boiled my WR300 was riding up to that lookout above Smithfield(I think?) with you Jake about 5-6 years ago. Remember it was all overgrown & logs down everywhere. On the clutch hard with a 48T rear sprocket on a 5 speed box. If memory serves me correct you binned it nicely on a log!

It's probably still overgrown up there too. Haven't been there in about that many years.. I don't recall binning it anywhere!!

I run a beta fan on GP through a temperature sensor and manual over ride as well. I predominately muck around in the hard enduro stuff and put it on for peace of mind. Haven't boiled it yet in the 3hours I've put on it.
