Hi All,new member to this forum.though this is my second sherco.I did have a 2016 450 and loved her .but being an old fart I struggled as the day wore on.So I bought a 2017 300 sefr factory. What a difference to these old bones.I love the weight saving and not having the extra momentum through the corners is great for me.My only concern is how fast she idles,is this normal?or can the idle be slowed? It seems to run on a bit down steeper hills where the 450 pulls you up.Is this the norm on a 300.Besides this little niggle the bike will keep me going in the dirt for longer. Also is there any thing else that should be done to the bike? Thanks in advance for your help, regards Dogmaboy

I love my 2015 300 SEF-R. Others have complained about theirs increasing revs as they decend hills. I didn't really noticed it much, and probably am used to it now. I know eagle made some adjustments to his to try and rectify it. He can probably chime in, else search the forum.

Pretty sure myself & devens talked about that on here, and you could go to shercoforum .com where we also talked about it
I know what your saying, it scared me a couple of times going down hills, luckily i was able to pull the clutch in
