No, not much mucking around at all for my bike with the FCR. We set it up pretty close to what we could find on the internet. It starts and runs very well. Paul now has an oxygen sensor which we'll use with both bikes to try and get the jetting spot on for both. This is what I've got currently -

Carb................2008 CRF450R FCRMX41
Needle.............NCVT (Honda part # 16234-MEN-671)
Clip position......4th from top (7 positions)
Main Jet...........155
Pilot Jet............42
Leak Jet............55
Hot Start..........72

He rebuilt it and then we did the cape together on 2011 so its got alot of sentimental value to use both.

That 3rd bike... do you still have it as a parts bike? Could We possible get in touch and raid it?
Also, the wiring loom, what are the odds of making one more?

What parts are you chasing mate? I have quite a bit of stuff left over. I can ask Paul if he's prepared to make another loom.... but it might cost more than you think, all those tiny plugs and things add up and also a fair bit of time
