Indy Wrap

Pretty good racing today and another win by Tomac. Marvin got The Dunge there for second, meaning Eli is eating into the lead a little more each week.

Reedy rode pretty well for 7th. There were a lot of supposedly faster riders than him behind him.

The track actually still looked to hve some good grip right to the end of racing. The ruts weren't too bad.

What a season this is turning out to be.
The fact Tomac had a lousy round in Arlington has made it really interesting.

There are 5 rounds left, with 12 points separating them. If Tomac managed to get 1st in the next 4, with Dungey coming in second every time, they would enter the last round locked together on the scorecards!

While it's unlikely that will happen, everything points to this being very close at the end, and I think it will ultimately come down to the last race.

Would be a shame for Tomac not to win it from here, his number of round wins shows he consistently the best out there. Who knows what Roczen will have for him next year.

I'm with Hopkins, it's turning out to be a cracking season. Tomac has made me eat my words and he is now rock solid reliable and his starts are consistently good.

It's great to see the way this season is unfolding and it promises to keep us on the edge of our seats right up to vegas

The Dunge hasn't had a DNF for at least 5 yrs from what I can see. Does the law of averages have to catch up with him at some stage? I mean, surely a mechanical? Something? He doesn't deserve that to happen, but sh1t does happen.

Just to be young and in the zone like these guys are is something to marvel at. Let's hope it does go down to the wire this season.

And I still reckon Reedy can get a podium, if not a win. A win in the last 5 races will be hard as the guys at the top wont want seconds or thirds.

Must have been, or it was in MX. I looked back through the results to 2013 and he has scored in every SX race.

Air Shock failure was in Feb 2013 - A3 round. http://racerxonline.com/2013/02/04/m...on-ryan-dungey

He had to go to the LCQ to get into the main where he went on to score points.
