If it has the letters KTM in it I've found most people have had problems with it.

The online shop on KTM talk is run by Munn Racing. I have ordered off them a couple of times and so far had no issues. It does take a while to arrive though (stuck in customs???-dont know really) about 3 weeks or so from memory. May depend on the postage option you choose on the order/check out page eg ground service, 3 day air etc etc.
There prices are good though, I know my akro cost me about half what i was quoted here.

At a guess, they chagged on the 30/4 to confirm the order and start the system of ordering in a part they did not have in stock.
They then charged on the 7/5 because they had all the parts and were actually doing the dispatch.
Now, keep in mind the 7th was a Friday and in a lot of cases the orders would have been picked up at the end of the day.
Unless it's express / priority not many postal services work over the weekend, so in effect it's only just been 2 working days for a parcel from virtually the other side of the world.
Hardly sufficient time to start jumping up and down and claiming poor service, don't you think?
If you sought the instant gratification of holding something in your hand after forking over your hard earned, you should have bought locally.
