Triple clamp bolt stuck

Disassembling the front end on my old yzf and had a couple of bolts I can't get out. Drowned them with some magic spray I have that works miracles, it moved 1 but not the other. Any tips from the experts?

A nice solid knock with a hammer on the bolt head to try and break the binding? a bit of heat maybe?

It doesn't look like a standard bolt. Is it stainless? Has the bolt shoulder galled the edge of the recessed pocket and corroded/fused together?

Have you tried putting the bolts in either side and tightening to relieve the load?

+1 on heat, and a knock with the hammer.

Failing that I would be looking at an impact driver but it might not end nicely.

Loctite "freeze and release" spray the bolt with it.

.

That got it, with some persistence, love and tenderness. thank you.

They were stainless bolts, the others were clean but this one come out full of dirt & crap which I guess was what was causing dramas. Not sure the last time it came out, not in the couple of years I've had the bike anyway.
