Tool Storage in apartment building

Hey Guys,
Anyone got any flash idea's about how to store your tools and stuff in a carpark?

Don't want to have to take anything up the elevator anymore since I'm moving into a much newer flashier place.

Thinking a Big steel Site-box in the spare park with the bikes, Bunnings have them for ~$500, anyone know any decent tool shops in Sydney

Cheers!

Website is good too.

Have you got a cage? I'd be securing anything to the concrete and trying to either disguise things or keep them out of sight. Apartment carparks are notorious for thieves.

If you've got a spare park, what about an old dunger hiace, keep the lot out of sight.

...and you can be pretty sure no-one will knock it off!

Maybe a Sprinter would be better suited to his flash new digs.

Appropriate sized box in your vehicle.

I had more than enough for anything I wanted to do in an $89 galvabon box from SCA during my ute & dirtbike travels around oz.

Only advice i can give is make sure you run this by your body corp/building manager before buying or installing anything.

We do work for a few property management groups in Melbourne and ive seen this exact scenario go a bit pear shaped for the tenant.

Can be some boxes to tick depending on how big your enclosure is, fire services, emergency lighting etc etc.
