WR450F Front Harness Connectors

I have a 2008 WR450F that have had the headlight unit off to fix an indicator issue - come to put it back together the other day and noticed these connectors that are not connected. I am thinking that I must have pulled them apart by accident while I had been tugging on the harness to get some slack.

Can anyone confirm that these two connections go together (See Pic)

I'd follow the wires to see what they're connected to, then you can determine whether you need it plugged in or not.

At least the wiring colours match up on both sides of the female/male bullet connector.

If you decide to leave them unplugged then tape them up otherwise they'll touch and short out and blow a fuse.

Given how clean the metal part of the connectors is compared to everything around them, I'd say yes they were connected.
