Heaps of rides happening, but Iím off the bike for a few weeks.

I started out looking on here when I moved to canberra in 2013, found a few local contacts and havenít looked back.

Yeah carby. Picked it up with 600kms for a really good price. Never owned a 2T so bit of a learning curve ahead.

Yep keep your foot over rear brake and also you go through rear brake pads so much you will wish you had shares.😁

I am trying to get a few workmates organised for semi-regular midweek afternoon rides, if anyone is interested. Will be grade 3 terrain with a casual attitude. Only Monday and Thursdays work for me, with Thursday being my preference.

The idea is to be on the bikes by around 2 or 2:30, with the expectation that we will be back at the cars by 4:30 at the latest.

I can do some mondays when I have an rdo but tried the knocking off early instead of doing rdos before with my boss and he carried on and made a big deal of it
