06' 200exc 48T Sprocket --> 46T Sprocket

Any thoughts on this? I'm a little new to riding and finding I need to turn the torque down a little. Also, thinking about putting in a JDKit for smoothness. I understand once I nail fitness and technique, rides will get easier, but at the moment just too much torque.

Not an 06 but I put a 45 on my 98'200 and it makes it
so much better.Spreads the gearbox like it should be.
Don't know if gearbox ratios have changed to much
over the years,if the 06 ratio's are similar to 98's give
it a try.When I bought mine it had a 51(useless),then
I tried a 48(better),now with the 45(unreal).
