My motivation levels are high at the moment, Pharked knee is feeling heaps better, despite the bloody cold weather... so got busy, and made a pair of spoke hole drill jigs to complete the rear wheel... they even worked!!!!! so rear is all laced up, trued and ready for tyre..... also cut out and rolled exhaust cone material, tacked up, ready to tig up... then the brain damage will start, the expansion chamber

very impressive jig build, and the exhaust...! Some peeps make that look easy... good job.
2008 KTM 200EXC... Yep, taken up smoking again...
2001 Yamaha WR250F....the original modern 4 stroke quarter litre thrill machine....13.5:1 Vertex slug & auto-decomp cam
1995 DT200...a dark horse that one...reliable, underestimated but surprisingly quick with a few mods...

Gee time flys !!!!

Time has gotten away a little.....So after being medically released from smashing up my knee... I had to get back into work mode again, with 2 little kids, I've had barely any spare time to get in the shed....

Had a bit of spare time recently, and got the new tyres on, plastics fitted up, rebuilt the front brake m/c, and had some plate background stickers made up.... fitted the wheels, and dropped the kx back on its wheels...

only to discover the bloody rear shock was leaking!!!!! I'm guessing it sat un-used for too long.. Dammit !!!!

Planning to get everything else completed, before I get back into expansion chamber.....
heres a couple of progress pics... thanks for looking...
