Replacing fork seal on CT200AG

G'day All,
Anyone familiar with replacing the oil seals on a Honda CT200AG? I have just noticed a bit of a weep from one of the forks.
Do I have to take the forks out completely (including splitting the triple tree and handlebars), or does the bottom part come off easily?

It would possible if you're a gynaecologist. Mechanics pop the fork out.
That model bike you have to rattle the bottom bolt out to get the fork apart.
Current dirtbike: 2010 factory KTM300SX reg'd
Current road bike: 2011 FLHRC-Police spec
