2014 KTM300 exc gearing

Anyone tried 15/50 ? Red spring flush?

That's very tall gearing, 13 50 standard. I run 14 50. 15 50 might be okay on the road

15T on the front always been an issue with earlier bikes- wear on clutch slave.

I've run 14/48 on my 2013 300....but that was for Finke...

should I change the piston @ 140 hrs prior
to Finke & back 2015 ??
04 300 EXC- 38,100 kms/812 hours of mallee single track fun.Bargain-
"just like Grandpa's axe..."

No fuel pump.No fuel filter. No injector. No fuel mapping.No oil filter.No shims or adjuster screws. Just ride it

i run 14:48 normally on my 5spd 09, 13 for tight single.
12 and lower for anything I've cut in

With the 14, doesn't really pull in 5th in sand though.

Using 12/50 currently on my 04 with the FMF SST and Shorty...power on tap everywhere

Good luck getting a 15 on there with a slave guard. 14/50 is OK for trail riding. Not the go for goat track singles in the mountains. A month ago I found that out the hard way. 13/50 for the mountains.
