glen i have had a look at mx store but what they are calling the front brake caliber rebuild kit doesn't look the same items as whats on rocky mountain, if i knew how to add link i would.

They often use generic pics instead of specific pics for every model,as said above the best way is to pull the caliper apart and see what's wrong,pins that aren't greased can cause problems,if you have to pull it apart and post up pics here if you are unsure of condition of parts

have bit the bullet and ordered a new piston kit rebuild, if i pull it apart and find it is the piston but only get a seal kit i will be in trouble over xmas. this way hopefully guaranteed it will be fixed, the bike is 10 years old and doesn't look like the front system has been touched before, so this should give it a new lease of life.
