Maybe Blulu can post some measurement comparisons, he has both chassis on hand.
Compact bike should fit my compact frame
Thanks for the ride offer, will have to travel up for one of your rides some day

..now 12 months of ownership.

Far & away my favourite bike so far. Reliable, easy to ride, cheap(ish) to fix, tough & still looks good* after 75hrs of Spot X, Ourimbah, Red Hill, Meryla & Belangerzz. Still puts a big smile on my face every time I ride it - I was out at Meryla a couple of times during the week in the s/t & the motor and chassis just suit me and my riding style/position so well.

No new negatives to add.

I think I've decided to stay 250 - I don't need any more power or torque & it's such a fun motor.

Here's to the next year

Well, 18 months have ticked by - sheesh! 90hrs & 2200km, 10hrs on the Race 300 top end (see above rubbish I wrote).

I walk past it in the shed & still think "Wow! So lucky to be able to ride this thing..". Although, the last 2 months have seen scarce riding...move house, Chrissy, etc.

Got 50kms super-super-early this am (7am rtr-yikes) with Woogy (he's lurking, I can feel it..) & had a proper test of the pv/motor feel at 2.5 turns in from all out, 38/165, NECJ #2, Motul 700 @ 50/1. Plenty s/t, hills & some wfo fire trail silliness. It is butter, I swear. Smooth, almost mellow off idle & will get up anything in 2nd - sometimes not with me on it, granted, but the lug-age is filth.

No issues except a weird false 5th twice today - changed the gear oil & will see what happens.

Best. Bike. Evah..
