I'll come out for burn, then we can have 3 x 570's I haven't ridden for a couple of months so I'm overdue for a ride, I also don't mind the technical stuff.

Great thread/website by the way

sounds good, moto. we are heading out again two mondays time if you can get the day off? bring on the bergers....

awesome day yesterday filming ruben chadwick for the cross training vids i'll start posting shortly. he's a 15 year old in my trials club. thought he'd try the endurocross at brisbane recently and won his class.

enjoyed it so popped down to victoria for the next one won that too... and all three races. couldn't believe the way he rode this ktm 200. then jumped on his trials bike and really got into it...

parking parallel to the log then use a pivot turn to get the bike over. i can wrestle the FE570 over this way, but ruben just throws the bike over.

How does he land that bike after the pivot turn over the log? I am thinking parallel facing 180 from the start position. But he is probably good enough to ride straight off it anyway.

yep, he lands at 180 degrees and basically doesn't stop, the bike keeps moving and he just jumps back on before it leaves without him.

it all happened so quickly i put the gopro on slow motion so we'll be able to see what he actually does in the vid hopefully. it might make more sense in the pic below. you can see he has swivelled the bike around and close to landing it again pointing back the way he came.

Roger that. It looks easier on a small log obviously. I haven't tried it yet, but I am thinking the distance the back wheel is away from the log is a bit important.
