Yep, works well.
He also has some great recipes. The "Man Pie" is a winner. (I can image the comments that will get)
Worth committing to it for a month and see how you go.
I'm just using it for breakfast but a mate has been doing breakfast and lunch and is doing really well.
He's also using almond milk instead of water for his lunch shake and thats a nice combo.

Another magic pill.

The speil...No time to look after your health so have manshakes.

MacDougall looks like his whole life has been about his health/appearance.

Good luck, but making time to prepare your own food and exercise is how you get your health on track.

At least he's not a spruiker for feeding rabbit food to Humans.

Well said Tom.

These things are all the same. Meal replacement + meal schedule (calorie counting) + exercise.

So without buying into the marketing and bs, the answer is right there. Eat whatever you want but make it a balanced diet (don't eat shit all the time) + eat realistic portion sizes (not until you are stuffed) + get off your arse (increase output).

How much coin for that?

Tom's right, but I reckon Adam is onto something here as well. Limiting putting shit food into your mouth by replacing it with a well-balanced shake is what a lot of single fellas need. Blokes who go to Maccas for breakfast will benefit from something like this.
