I tried a few settings but ended up on five as that's what the concept website suggested.

I have tennis elbow now in the opposite arm to the one that is just coming good.

If it was raining money I'd pick up a bill fair dinkum.

Used the custom row function today. Much better having the pace boat to race. Set it to 2.05/500m and busted out a 2km in 8.14

I do resistance level 5 every morning
For 3kms. It takes 12:50 to 13.00mins
It's a good wakeup workout

Dropping resistance just means you have to row a faster SR to pull the same distance/time

True but lighter pull. I'm not sure which fatigues quicker. Tried level 5 last night n got 6:47. Gonna stick with Max resistance seems to be wher get biggest gains from. Nite off tonite tho!

I struggle to keep my regular pace when I drop the resistance. Most of the time I just leave it on 10. Although I have noticed a difference between the rowers at the gym and the one I have at home. The one at home seems to have more resistance at 10 than the ones at the gym. Both Concept 2's, but slightly different models.

I've focused mainly on sprint stuff previously, but after reading this thread, I'm trying to improve my 2k time. Did 6:44 last week, but would like to try and get that down to at least 6:30. No idea how the world record is 5:36. That is nuts!

Yeah anythin sub 6min is freakish! The rowers at the gym probably jus flogged out more so more wear/less resistance?! 6:44 good stuff drudd. If I can get 6:28 n be level with Sheila's 30-39 hwt record I'd be happy. Got sum work to do still!
