Litre carton, still using it in my coffee a month after opening, not quite what the labelling recommends.

Gotta get the gut bacteria from somewhere.

What a load of horseshit.
This idiot survey assumes we all have the same genetics/metabolism.
Bugger living a few years longer if you can't have a big steak and a few bevvys every now and then.

Being happy and unstressed, eating unprocessed food, having someone to love, riding motorcycles and breathing clean air are the keys to a long life.

Genetic mutation is what kills us, from many different sources.

It is all about your incomings and nothing about your outgoings. For example professional sportsmen might eat massive high protein meals 3 or 4 or 5 times a day, I'd imagine they'd score dreadfully but that doesn't stop them being the fit and healthy.

For what it's worth I scored 48, I know I've got some improvements to make however I'm not stressed about it. I have plenty of output between playing football all winter, chasing after kids and trying to kick start a yzf regularly.

I just did this out of interest and scored a 60. I eat 20-30 eggs a week which I don't think this diet agrees with, one of my recommendations was to focus more on healthy fats. My bloods are always spot on however.

Interesting that. I used to eat around 20 eggs a week because we had chooks. My cholesterol was through the roof. I cut out the googs and got my cholesterol back to a healthy range. BTW I scored 67.
