Yep, I'm with the Nutbar as well. I got 62, I eat way too much chocolate and meat apparently. I guessed it would say that. Whorse sheet.

Probably should of mentioned only about 6 whole eggs, the rest are whites. This would make a huge difference.

60/100

Many shortcomings with the whole survey/results, as highlighted by a few people now.

More important than the score, I'm happy with how I manage my intake. It'd be interesting to see how much they ping you for certain unhealthy habits. I probably put in a bit more booze than I consume on average, and no doubt that's played a significant part into the result as the rest of my diet is pretty well rounded, and it's no surprise giving the beers (and/or rum bottle) a nudge is not a healthy choice.

BMI is where it should be, and as a whole I feel pretty balanced in terms of energy and mood. Too much of something, and not enough of something else and the body usually starts dropping hints one way or another.

Apparently now (according to the CSIRO) I don't feel well and will need their diet help to feel better.
Sorry CSIRO I feel fantastic and am probably out working most of you as well as paying your wages.

Not necessarily. BMI doesnt take into account different body types. According to BMI many elite athletes are technically obese.

I don't agree with BMI, mine atm is 26.5 and I'm trying to put weight on. Ideally I'm aiming for 85kg which will make my BMI 27.4. Waist measurement is 32", hardly overweight.

To be in "healthy" BMI I should be under 77kg, I'm skin and bones at that and feel "weak"
