New tire time what to get

Well its time fore new tires, Thinking on this combo

REAR K3855T 120/100-18 K786 WASHOUGAL II DUAL COMP

Front K3885 90/100-21 K775F WASHOUGAL

Or would a Carlsbad be better on the rear?

If you're a Kenda fan, coming up to hard pack summer riding, I'd go for the Kenda 'triple' in the same sizes. The 'triple', both front and rear, is Kendas' best (and newest) product by a long shot.

The 90/100 Kenda Triple front is the best all-round front tyre I've ever used Ed. It's good in mud and loam but almost incredible on hard pack or gravel. The rear is an awesome tyre as well and still grips like hell as it wears down. They were designed for man-made SX tracks but gee they're a good summer trail tyre.

I ride abit of rocky trails hils, Dirt roads with loose dirts/rocks

Most trails here in SA are hard pack dirt with loose dirt on top like SAND almost

Current tyres i hate them no confidence in the loose shit

Going to message my mate at the shop get him to order me in a set

Will be bout a week or so till i can put in an update taking the bike to the doctor today to get valves checked etc etc

Cheers Nutty

Appreciate your help

Just double checking

I have wr450 2016

What do you reccomend ?

Perfect for the conditions you have there. It's the combo I always ran on my WR450s. You won't be disappointed.

Geomax at81 are worst tyres I've ever had, came standard on the new fx husky, after one ride got rid of them. No grip in hard pack and had no confidence in front end grip. Love the Michy Starcross 5 tyres, not sure how they are on hardpack, but sand and mud they're awesome.
