Talking Best dirt bike of all time ...

So, amongst us, what is the favorite DIRT bike you have owned ... or even ridden.

it could be a 1978 Yamaha DT250

a 2017 KTM 300

or a Maico

vote and tell ya story , good, bad, whatever, you have survived this far, share the joy, the pain, those OMG moments.

You haven't got the big bore 4T's covered. One of my favourite bikes was my ATK605, the one with the frame that goes off to the side.

Here's mine.

Best bike was my first ... RM 80B

Why?

I was a kid and it was free,
The old man rebuilt the motor and i watched him do the whole job ,learnt allot.
Its was also my first dirt bike accident.
After the rebuild it got away from me (Front was pointing to the moon) tried to grab hold of it "Bad Move" next thing on the ground with my index finger half way into the rear sprocket, have a weird finger to remind me now

Arguably one of the biggest impact bikes of the 20th century for me was the first YZ400f that Doug Henry rode.....

I can understand why people prefer to race 4ts, but for a s&$t eating grin, nothing beats a 300 2t on a trail ride. Fastest is not always funnest.
