Rowing Machines-Any Advice??

Looking at buying a cheap? rowing machine.

Currently use an MTB for legs and stationary bike for cardio work, but think a rowing machine is the go for upper body as well?.

Any one got any points/tips on what to look out for when buying one??

Doesnt seem to be many cheapies out there- maybe a good reason for that?

We got ours from KMart for $200 from memory. Before Finke I used it almost every day (was a big factor in why I managed to finish Finke as my onbike time was next to nothing leading up to it bar some mx races)
The only thing I suggest is to get one that is easy to fold up. Ours doesnt really fold up and its pretty big and heavy to move around.

$200 sounds cheap enough.

Just found a heap of cheapies on E-bay too.

Good tip about an easy fold up one
