So I hit a tree pretty hard today...

...with my lower leg, popped my kneecap out through my EVS Web carbon knee braces. Felt real nice. Punched my kneecap back into place within maybe 10 seconds, and I've been icing it every two hours. Swollen from the top of my knee down to the top of my foot. Doesn't feel like anything is broken, just gonna be pretty sore for the next few weeks!

No real point to this post. Just having a rant with my leg up on the couch. My youngest son decided to drop his bmx helmet on my knee a few minutes ago, that was a real nice experience.

Injuries suck!!
Get it checked by a doc mate. You don't wanna be the bloke who persisted with an injury only to find if treated properly it would be healed by now!!
Not to mention long term issues.
Lecture over

Hope you heal quickly and are back riding soon mate.

See your Dr and mention suspected ACL, you won't need to pay for the MRI then. It's a Medicare bulk bill scam thing.
The Dr will probably tell you to sell the bike cause your a crap 💩 rider and go buy some Barbie dolls.

That sounds very painful. It doesn't sound normal to swell from your knee to your ankle. I'd go and get that checked out if I was you.

All the best. I hope it's nothing to serious and you heal up soon.
