ST Helens to Strahan 8 DBW special offer

Just getting this out early so if anyone is keen to come and have a crack, you can start planning and working on missus to get permission.

although I thought that st2st7 was about as good as its ever been, already a raft of improvements are being planned.

our bike trailer

for those who dont know what it is, its a 3 and a half day ride from St Helens on Tassies East coast to Strahan on Tassies West coast.

The ride is done in teams of up to ten, usually about 8, if you dont have a team, we can put you in one, and if you're too good or bad for the team you are put with, we can move you to a suitable team.

we get a bus to the start, and you get a showbag

we have access to that many track difficulty options that depending on your level of riding, we can supply GPS data to suit, although most is quite achievable because we want everyone there at the end.

so you need a GPS friendly person or two in your team, a first aid person ( doesnt have to be certified, just have a kit) a comms person with UHF, epirb, TELSTRA mobile phone (we supply Satellite phones ) and we suggest a person with helmet camera to take as much of your trip home with you

its always sunny and warm

We have been developing this ride for 7 years and it continually gets better, offering magnificent tracks, world class scenery, genuinely professional organisation and support to create what we believe is a pretty unique experience, not to mention 3+ nights on the turps with a bunch of redneck Tasmanians.

we can help you learn to mono

heres a link to the ride review from this year and of course the movie preview which Im guessing a few have seen already.

If you think you'd like to be in the movie next year, best to start planning now.

shit food

no pressure to perform and lots of people to help if you get stuck.. it may just be help to remember when you're stuck, but its still help

gorgeous legends of the ride to tell you stories that get bigger and better with every passing year

Ok, so heres the special offer. For the first 3 bookings, if you bring two or more mates, we will pay your ferry ( person not car) costs or air fares if you get your bike shipped over.

Great offer mate and a great 'invitation' for what is, by all accounts, an absolutely epic weekend.
I reckon one day it'll rate right up there with 'doing the Cape' on people's bucket lists.

How's that DVD of ST2ST7 coming along?

Awesome, very interested. Do you have details on bike and person transportation to Tasmania with costs?

.

We've done 2 of these from Sunshine coast and it Really Should be on any riders bucket list.

Its a not for profit ride, organised by locals who love to ride and show off their magnificent state!!!

Get on board with your mates before it fills up... you won't be sorry!

Oh, and bring a warm ride jacket.
