300 SER leaking fuel

Hi All,

Just picked up a brand new 300 SER, took her out for the maiden voyage on Saturday and absolutely loved it! One issue though, fuel was continuously leaking out of the carby over flow when it was on the stand, would happen when it was running and when it was off, it would stop leaking when fuel tap was off.
I'm assuming there's an issue with the float?? Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Sherco family. They're great bikes. I don't own the 2T, but yes it does sound like an issue with the float.

Thanks for the suggestions all. Going to let the dealer have a play with it.

What did they find?
Carby tilted to one side?

They ended up finding a heap of sediment in the carb. They gave it a clean and replaced the float and it's been perfect ever since.

I had a couple other small teething problems but all is back on track now.
