Welcome back Dan. I have a KTM 17 300 carby model. Range once you've ****ed around jetting them is about the same as the old ones, maybe a little worse. The bike is awesome, smooth engine and light weight. Having said that KTM parts are stupidly expensive now for the new models.

I did around 30 hours on the TPI, its excellent everywhere except just off idle where it just seems to be lacking a little.

If i was buying a new bike tomorrow, I would either get the carby KTM or the Gas Gas.

No issues off idle since the updated maps were released a while ago.
Did around 95klms,snott,open flowing and hills etc and had around 1/4 tank left.
Should be good for around 130 Kimís I reckon. Will measure properly next good run.Like I said, friggen great bike.

2017 TE300.

100km -+ 10 with the mikuni and now 100km -+ with the PWK 36.

Single track with hills.

Tank doesn't hold 10.5l as claimed 9.5l is what I measured.
