Amamoor 040509

I went riding today at Amamoor and though I'd post a few of the pics I took before my batteries went dead on both my helmet cam and my camera

Not bad considering I just spent almost $100 getting rechargables for both and a charger that will run off my car during the week

Hahaha.

Mate he was VERY lucky. He smashed that erosion mound I am sitting at the top of and landed about halfway down to the tree. Absolutely no time to brake. Winded pretty badly but all good. And as you can see he had a Rocket fair up his arse

The camera was accidentally set on multi picture so it takes pics every 5 seconds, They are the best of about 150 pics. The rest are quite blurry due to speed as the camera focuses on my helmet mouth piece

He was into it within a few minutes of "running in". He was pinned he'd launched the erosion mound before it and then it and was no chance of washing off his speed not that he saw the tree till he came over the second one anyway.

Nice vids and pics Cracka

Here i was thinking no one got a camera out for my log incident

Nevermind, log and all it was still a good run-in for a fresh engine
I think it's safe to say it's all bedded in

Goodluck hill will have my name atop it again shortly,
I missed it by that much (said in best Maxwell Smart voice)

Like a cricketer catching a high ball,
i took my eye off the ball coming up to the last section
and looked too far ahead

Anyways, It was a good day out, thanks for sweeping and for the cold drinks

EDIT:

Oh, I am also extremely sore today, I'm super impressed about the level of my ride fitness.
