Exclamation Bikes get bad press!!!

Thanks to one of our supporters for alerting us to this article published in an Otways/Geelong area local newspaper. Read it on the VTRN wepage together with our response to the editor. www.vtrn.org

Environmentalists have a way of manipulating issues to suit themselves and the press love to jump on board and crucify a so called bad guy.

How come issues which should be highlighted in the press dont get a mention?
ie: Spikes embedded into tracks such as West Kiewa logging road (refer Rogers thread under Vic Issues).

Perhaps dirt bike riders are just too layed back to jump up and down and scream to the press.

Good work VTRN

Funny you say that!!!

The same environmentalist mentioned in the article was offering to plant trees with tree guards on a track so anyone riding there might get puctures! Ok, so the track was being closed and re-veged but what if someone got hurt???
