Quick update, ive removed the tank to trace some wiring for the headlight, it seems pretty straight foward, so i think ill be able to get the lights going pretty easy, found a full manual on cafe husky👌
I need a new fuel tap so ill get that sorted this weekend, am i right in thinking a lot of parts swap over right up till 2009 models? Is it possible to put a later model tank and plastics on easily?
Cheers lads

Ok lads ive run into a issue, so im trying to get power to my headlight and tail light.. issue is i have no power going to the regulatir it seems.. there is no power at the wire coming out of the stator loom that goes to the reg.. im guessing this isnt good😂

Looks like ill have to remove the flywheel, is it hard? Lucky i have a spare engine, hopefully the stator in that is good...

Is there any tests i can do to confirm its the stator?

Cheers boys
