Question YZ250F exhaust repair

What is the best option to repair replace my sons YZ250F headpipe? Ideas? Cheap is a positive.

Any good exhaust shop with a mandrel bender can make you a stainless piece to weld in. If you're paying both the exhaust shop and the metal fabricator...then a used one is the go. 99% of the fast guys have FMF headers so there's shitloads of new take-offs around...

10-13s were made of titanium and REALLY light gauge titanium at that.
Our *11 cracked at the header and then fatigued cracked later on after I welded it up.
I made a new one out of 304 stainless with 1.6 wall to make it bombproof and kid proof. Cost was less than 50 bucks in materials.
