Radiators off Ebay

Hey guys,

Iím chasing a new radiator for my bike.

Anyone got any feedback on the ones off eBay.

You can get s set of rads for $110.

The GPI racing ones look ok in the pics.

Just wondering if they do the job or not.

Cheers 🍺

what bike do you have?
my research int a ktm match tells me its hit and miss and despite that they tell you it fits, it doesnt always line up.
quality wise tho they are pretty good...often better than spec

I just got a set for my 00 ktm300. The quality seems good. Fitting wasnít straightforward though, especially refitting the factory plastic shroud guides. I needed longer bolts for that. Also I think they are ever so slightly bigger as everything is a much tighter fit. My pipe was slightly out of shape which meant it was almost impossible to get the rad hose on ( the boomerang one that goes to the water pump) because of the lack of clearance. In fact all of the hoses were a much tighter fit, not diameter wise, I mean routing eg the one across the bottom that goes between the spark plug and the frame. I bought the new silicon rad hose kit with mine but I couldnít use it because they are fatter and just wouldnít fit.
Anyway, bottom line is that they fit but only just and you need to be prepared to spend a little time with them to massage them into place. Once youíve done that Iím sure youíll be happy with them.

I bought some for a 300 gaser and there better than original but were a little difficult to fit because the inlet outlet were at slighty different angles to standard. They been on 3 years with no issues

Had the Chinese rads on my motard racing around the Winton raceway. The rad cap didnt release so check out the photo. It popped off a rad hose by busting the hose clamp also. Not one leak!

This sold me on these radiators. I now run them on two of my Bergs. The cap was obviously suss but i now run those temp reading caps.

That explains the bloated/warped shape of those rads then! Their welding must have improved.
