Any news on the new EC Ranger? Specs, price and when they might land in Australia?

I thought I had read somewhere (maybe gg rider forum) that they'd come with 46mm OC KYBs. Old school WRF style.

ēō46 Kayaba open cartridge forks with compression and rebound adjustment system, and Kayaba rear monoshock with preload, compression and rebound adjustment.

Being an old, slow and short rider it sounds like the ideal replacement for my aging 2005 ec300. 108kg sounds heavy when compared to the beta xtrainer though. Will be interesting to see how the price compares.

Weight is just a number on a piece of paper. Take it with a grain of salt.

From what I can see it's essentially just an EC300 with some cheaper, plusher suspension, a lower seat height, and detuned to old man power delivery mode. Wouldn't really expect it to weigh less than a typical bike.. By all accounts it looks like a very reliable bush steed. Hopefully the price point is where it needs to be to make it appealing.

Lower seat height at the expense of suspension travel, don't want it to plush.
