The hurdle for Tassie is the accommodation. We dont have the infrastructure close to the land, and most infrastructure is from the 50's and 60's when Tassie was doing well financially.

2018 medals are in the hands of the VORC Committee.
Not many left to dish out but they are available at the vic offroad rounds (with the sign on ladies).
I did see a medal with Caspar Murtonens name on it, but I haven't seen Caspar in 5 years. Not sure if he is active here anymore so if someone knows him.....
