Baby Honda Motard Q's

can someone point me in the right direction, or tell me what measurements and at what points should be measured for converting CBR250R rims to a XR250 trying to do it cheap even if i have to fork out for a mini metal lathe on ebay to make the spacers
so far ive placed the wheel onto the bike lucky the XR and CBR wheel both run 15mm rear axles, ive pretty much centered the wheel and the sprocket looks by eye right inline with the small sprocket but the disc side needs machining
this is all "eye balled" im hopping someone has some type of online calculator as ive read some cast road wheels have offset
also if i manage to keep the cush drive and get these wheels to fit will it chew thru the cush's?

thanks mate ive seen that site and under the XR section for the 600? 650? a guy had to machine 10mm off the sprocket side, i just went and measured both my wheels and seems im 10mm wider on the sprocket side so ill need to do the same thing, than a couple spacers and hopefully it'll work im yet to pick up a front wheel but im sure the front cant be to hard with the caliper relocator on that site
