Picked up a new 3 hung RR for the wife of course. I spent all the money on her, so none left for her to even buy me an egg for easter. That's my story anyhow

Yea me too. such lucky ladies, I'm even stripping hers down as we speak, lots of goodies to go on before her first ride.

new front wheel bearings, the old one's where rusted out and had not seen any grease in ages by the look of them.
Then decided to change the fork oil, and man was that black. I reckon the engine oil is sometimes cleaner!
I then forgot where all the different washers went in regards to the springs that I changed and consulted the manual. The previous owner had the springs changed for softer ones and the mechanic or whoever did it had stacked the washers and plastic bits on the damping rod in the wrong order. Luckily no damage.
Test ride tomorrow. I hope for less front washouts and more grip!

Radiator stone guards. Just a zip tie so when they pop out they are still with you ... rather than back there somewhere...
Top outside of the radiator just above the bolts has a couple of handy holes.

got radiator braces walsy so already bolted down everything. Thanks for the tip though :-)
