Wandandian 10/1

Excellent riding conditions yesterday with no rain.
With overnight rain/drizzle, low cloud and cool temps were just perfect for a mid summers ride.
Unfortunately, Aidan could not make it, a big puddle of fuel under his bike which just left Stu and me.
Departed from Cudmirrah south of Sussex to 12 Mile Peg, down a very flooded Jump Track and singles beyond. Fire trail/singles to Perch Hole and overgrown singles to the top of Devils Play Ground. Up Wandean Rd, Lighting Hill, 5 Bridges, Grassy Knoll, Cabbage Patch, down a very slippery Red Hill and back to Cudmirrah via some very fine fast and flow singles which the overnight rain made it roosterable.
A really enjoyable day. grinning-

Sad to have missed it. I pulled apart my fuel tap and couldn't see anything worn out or broken, just a few years worth of crud stuck around the lever. It seems to be fine now it's been cleaned and put back together. I'll have to catch you on the next one.

I would even clean or at least drain the carby just in case crud has gotten into it.

Yeah I already pulled the bowl off the carby and checked the needle/seat for crud, all clear. I reckon I just got unlucky and had the tap in the right spot for the fuel to leak out overnight like that
