I got one of those ab roller wheels and it's a real hit ... I've been using it and the wife and one of my more athletic daughters have got right into it as well! My disabled daughter thinks it's hilarious when we're doing it too, which is a plus. After the first day, the ab muscles were way too sore for about 3 days. Definitely works those abs super hard!

I've used one every week for, jeez, 4 or 5 years? I think it works your upper abs but your forearms get a pizzling that's for sure. I always try not to death grip the wheel because I found I got forearm pump when riding really bad.

I don't really get pump that bad now, I get that tendon grab, " the claw " if I'm not careful.

I do situps, push ups, the wheel as well usually 3 days a week but I am currently way over weight. I've never had " abs " even when I was 85kg ( currently 100 and change ) I got the line down the middle, that's about all.

I never knew ( couldn't see it! ) but my back is crazy. My youngest son said to me, whoa Dad how come your back is so ripped??

I reckon its the wheel.

I reckon it does a lot more than just your abs, I actually think it works other parts more.

Yeah lower back & shoulders for sure.

6 packs are for people with no friends!
Think it was Rusty Crowe that said something similar when getting ripped for gladiator. Can't have any fun 'cause always watching what ya eat, exercising, no drinking.

You can be strong & fit without looking like a muscle head
