Stickers have started to peel off so have been looking around for a replacement set. Found some OEM which I will probably get so I can just replace as needed. I found all the custom graphic options too confusing.

I haven't seen any aftermarket kits that look good on the bergs. I'm lucky enough to have a spare set sitting ready to go on one day - my originals peeled a little from new and was sent a warranty set!

* New rear wheel bearings - totally shot after 85hrs & 2800km. Don't recall Excel hubs having a 5mm spacer behind the bearing on one side?

* Bent the pipe back into shape after a few spills at Louee.

Hoping football's canned tomorrow so I can go play in the mud

Found out why my 125 has been drowning a lot recently at the mere sniff of a water crossing. It had a sizeable gap between the subframe and airbox allowing water to flood right in. A little bit of roof sealant and some carefully placed pop rivets, watertight now!

Looks like you have fixed the problem!

My berger is doing the same thing Will have to smear a bit of stickerflex and wack a couple screws in place!

You should be able to jam enough silicone in there, I was pedantic though and pulled it apart before putting the silicone in

Today I went to change the O rings on the header pipe as it's gotten loose and rattly, undo the springs and mounts only to find the rear mount broken off the frame. It looks as though the weld has basically no penetration into the frame from the factory. Gonna have to get a boiler maker to hopefully tig it back on for me.
I suppose at least it's just an exhaust mount and nothing structural.
Hopefully, I don't have to pull too much of the bike apart.

While I am loving the bike, this will be the second time in 5 months I have had to pull things apart. I didn't have to touch the previous 3 CRF's I've had over 8 years and 17000km.

Anyone else have this happen?

Took it to my brother's place so he could help me get the kickstart off!

It was totally seized on the shaft (85hrs). Tried heat, copious amounts of WD, swearing, whacking it from the back with a bar & mallet. No diggity.

Reason for needing to remove kicker was I had fitted up a fan kit the other day & put the bike back together. Started it & stood back to admire my handiwork (ie, check I had no eff-ups..) and the stupid oem A-4-thickness clutch side main gasket let go at that moment & started p!ssing out coolant from behind the water pump all over the street.

Thank dog this didn't happen last Sunday at about 11.30am - at the bottom of a steep hill in Wandandian.

Anyway, JPGibson got the Dremel out & tore into it after various pullers were used to no avail. See below for what the kick start knuckle looks like now..

Lastly, I got home, fitted up the new gasket (oem/Cometic fancy rubber upgrade), rhs pv cover on, look on the ground & one of the case bolt guides/spacers/thingys was sitting under the bike - it's fallen out..grrrrrrr.

Undo everything, refit, oil in, tighten up last rad hose clamp ready to refill coolant - ping! It let's go - Phaaaaaark!! Off I go to Grunnings - phukn' bikes..

Get back, whack on new clamp, coolant in, no kickstart, bike starts second blip cold, no leaks, opens Hoegaarden. AAAh...
