Hi Al
If I don't go for a ride tomorrow I will come - I have sold the Husky and one last ride - changed back to a 125 cant hurt

Yes Beerburrum can be a bog hole so this rain may be an issue

he wont mind Brad - I said id never sell it after I bought it back of someone for a lot less than what I sold it for .
I was going to get a '13 wr 125 but they are too dear at 7 k new so Ive got a second hand '13 TE250 R for a fair bit less . A bit more convenient maybe.
Amaizingly in three years Ive only lost a couple of hundred bucks on that 125 and could have sold it three times .
I wish I hadn't sold it now though
Looked at Justins kato 300 but was reminded of the sticking throttle issue with the surgery he had to have .... and the same issue Ive had on a 200 and decided against that move
safer on a little 250 4t

Sorry about the hijack, just wondering what the cause of the sticking throttle was in the end?

With the design of the Keihin carb/cable it can easily pull upwards out of the top of the carb and can be wired down to prevent this happening .

Ah righto, that old chestnut. Yeah I installed one of these as a result: http://slavensracing.com/shop/t3-sli...by-motion-pro/

Little more secure than the lockwire.

Will be trying to get along to this ride depending on work requirements.
