I agree with gasser, if you don't have a manual and don't want to learn & tinker yourself then you'll need to find an actual bike shop as that dealer is a jerk by the sounds of it.

Should not be pouring out that much.
Should only leak out if you fall over and bike is laying on it's side before you stand it back up.

Possibly only needs part #18, but see if you can buy just the o-ring:

Have you been using e10 ethanol fuel ??

Thanks fellas. I appreciate the advice.

I had an update on the dealer today and they said they have a new DRZ400e come through the workshop today for pre-delivery checks and took the opportunity to test it and does the same thing. They took a video which they are going to show me and they reckon its normal for it to leak fuel like that..

they also said another bloke in the shop has a DRZ and 100km to a tank is also normal..

I genuinely think they are trying to help but they think its normal..

They are retarded. Tell them to f off.

How can it be normal for it to PISS out fuel on the slightest of wobbling of the bike...
