Good 99.5% of the time, just a slight (muscle?) ache on the odd occasion from situp type movements, no more of the ribs moving around in the cartilage.

Need to get back into swimming, haven't been puffed out since Hospital stay, so fitness and health will have taken a hit.

It is important to continue therapy because the range of motion may continue to improve for up to a year.
Didn't expect much stiffness since it was only the end bones broken, Can't quite form a proper fist, takes some effort in the morning to get to current range of motion.

Old finger nails still hanging in, clipped them once, will need another soon, they were supposed to fall off.

Man it must be tough for people that get real injuries to get back to full speed, mine have been straight forward and fairly minor and they've dragged on long enough.

Hand Therapy said to stretch finger muscles by pushing on fingers to increase range.

One nail gone today, hope the new one attaches properly.
