Did over 250ks over the weekend and yesterday on the 2020 350

Fitted my old suspension and am amazed how much better the new chassis improves the bike. Turns sharper and changes direction quicker.

They appear to have moved the power even further up the rev range, but holey hell she really gets up and goes.

The engine is smother and more electric than my 18.

As for pre-delivery. No issues with lock tight or grease. Axels were a bit thin on grease, but the rest was ok.

They only gripe is the usual one, coloured rims on enduro bikes just don't work

I tried 13-52 on my 18&19 350excf and ended up both with 13-50. I found the 350 still had enough punch to get me out of the corners nice and quick without losing to much traction, 13-52 was breaking traction way to easy, my experience.

Been running the same combo on the last 3 350s I've had.

I did have 13/50 on a 250f, which caused overheating issues in tight single due to having to run in too low a gear all the time. Switched to 52 and the problem went away

are the 350's more off a revver? do they have enough bottom end to short shift around a good speed?

also heard the top speed for cruising is down at 90kph on transport they are really reving, is that true or BS?

I've had a 16, 18 and now a 20. Each time they've moved the power up in the rev range. The 16 was a lugger, the 18 & 20 need the map switch, open up the air filter cage and add a free flowing muffler to liven up the bottom end.

They're the best of both worlds when freed up a bit. They rev and have plenty of torque as well. Supposedly the 20 350 has the same peak power as the 450.

Sutto's are working on a re-flash for the 20 to really get them cracking off the bottom.

On transport sections, they can be a bit revvy, but not as bad as a 250. Surprisingly, once you get used to it, they're not revving as hard as it feels and sitting on 100 is no big deal for them.

The 2020 tpi have gone back to the cheaper spark plugs from the carbys.
Also the new valving in the Suspansion has changed there stand fork rates to 4.0 compared to the 18&19 witch came out with 4.2. I normally ran 4.8 so Im thinking il give the 4.6 ago.
