Spring size for RMZ250

Decided to have ago at setting my '06 RMZ250 up. I weigh 95kg and I know I will need to replace the front fork springs and the rear shock spring. I have had a look on the net but havent been able to find what size fork springs and rear shock spring I need.

Also, what fork oil should I run in the forks for my weight?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Wilso,

Try this website calculator from Racetech:

http://old.racetech.com/evalving/Spr...pringType=Fork

It will determine the ideal spring rate for both forks & shock. You will then need to buy the spring at the closest rating recommended from Racetech or someone else. I suggest another popular & widely available spring manufacturer is Eibach. Try this site:

http://eibach.com/cgi-bin/htmlos.exe...5587300029365?

You can sometimes find Eibach springs being sold on E-bay as well. But you need to know the spring rate you require and its Eibach code to be sure it is worth buying.

Good luck & stay safe.

Mike
