Has anyone here lined up ????? and why?????, i mean on tv/ news etc you see endless lines in cars, people standing in the sun, rain , wind etc for hours or days even, do all these people have sore throats , or by law are forced to stand in a line playing with their smart phone and sneezing on each other, or is it something to do for the holidays? you never hear of rich famous people lining up[was that James Packer lined up in the Porsche 911 gt4 in front of me] , im also confused[not as confused as hairy, but confused non the less]

Once last year when I was doing my day and a half of isolation, straight in, straight out, just coz I could, didn't collect the 450 bux.

I won't be getting tested again, if I do get sick I'll just keep check with a pulse oximeter.

Just as well you can't get tested in Vic, otherwise we might have numbers like these.

Apparenlty lots of unhappy people 'forced' to line-up to get a test in order to travel and then finding out they are positive (not sick or symptomatic)

Infectious diseases expert Robert Booy said the vast majority of Covid-19 positive people are able to manage the virus well at home, as case numbers rise in record numbers across Australia.

Professor Booy assured people that adequate hydration, water and rest would help to manage symptoms which normally are mild and should pass in a few days to a week.

“Most people can manage at home, and can manage well,” he told Sunrise.

“They will not get severe symptoms. They will get a cough, fever, lethargy and fatigue, and they will get better over a few days to a week.

“All you need is adequate hydration, water, bedrest, if you have analgesics for pain, and antipyretic, for fever.”

He said people should look out for chest pain, worsening breathlessness and lethargy as worrying symptoms that might need further medical attention.

“For people with chronic conditions or lung disease, some are given an oximeter, a special machine to measure the amount of oxygen in your blood, and you know where you need more attention or to go to hospital if your oxygen saturation is dropping.”

You know, they could have tuned in to DBW and saved all that hand washing BS, I did get several weeks work making sanitizer stands though, better than getting paid to do nothing back then like half the country.
