My 2013 Yamaha WR250R trail bike, heartbroken

Last seen Thursday 13/7 AM (realized it was gone on the 21/7, was interstate)
Mascot area, NSW rego NRW39 (yellow plate)
Bike is much loved and my sole means of transport around town, work as a Nurse so public transport and my rotating shift roster is annoying.
Was parked in a apartment carpark with swipe card access and cameras on the ramps.

50x13 with new DID chain and steel sprockets
Small cut out on chain guard for bigger sprocket
No front sprocket cover
JD jetting EFI module
Full FMF Q4/mega bomb exhaust, has quiet insert in but not bolted (new)
Pivot Pegz (new)
HiFlo filter kit
Protaper bars, Metal Mulisha pillow grips and folding alloy levers
FlatlandRacing bashplate and rad guard
Tusk hi pressure radiator cap
Bike fully derestricted
Tail tidy kit, led indicators (rears taped) they flash faster
One mirror on left, right mirror mount has a ram mount ball on
No seat strap or pillion pegs
Worn rear knobby, front good
