Thanks all for a top day out.

6th weekend in 7 I have been on the bike :grinning-

Knees are killing me and the rub marks from my braces are getting worse, almost looking forward to a weekend off the bike next weekend, almost.

Got 26 min of decent video captured, will cut it down a bit and cut some of the boring bits out where it is just me riding and post it up tonight.

I missed the spanner trick, whatever it was, when you were servicing the valve ^rof

Video uploading, should be done in the wee hours.....

Good work Dennis. Looks like another great day out. Will catch you guys for another ride after next weeks Chook Chase.

great to catch up with all you guys, would have linked up for some trails but we definitely had some dirt noobs on the snail trail adventure ride. if too much ride vids just aren't quite enough, here's another one.

got a bit sketchy at the end when i forgot the DR isn't a dirt bike and tried to keep up with gordon on his WR up the jumps on jacky creek rd.

Lesson learnt...when someone is stuck in front of you, do not park behind them in the 'roost zone'

Yup,one minute your sliding sideways up the hill and the next one is dry and dusty,good mix of conditions to test tyres out that's for sure

I remember when I first met you at Kenilworth and tried to have a light hearted conversation with you and you said " be careful I am a legend on DBW".

Now I am am a fairly straight forward fella and to me I translated that to " I am a dickhead but please hang around with me anyway". Amazingly we have never ridden together again!

Anyway, this is Strummer's forum thread , he is a fantastic asset to the riding community and a good bloke as well who has put a good group of guys and gals together to ride.

Wayne's one of the good guys, and has been a valuable contributor to DBW and the DBW community (in the true spirit of DBW) for a long time. He's someone who would give you the shirt off his back if he thought it would help you. I doubt very much Wayne would have told you "he's a legend on DBW", but he is. You're a relative latecomer to this site (2012), and you really should be a bit considerate of someone who's been here for a long time.
