the exhaust flange will fit, you rotate it one position anti clockwise. Countersink the 3 holes to accomodate countersunk bolts. This method allows for only 3 springs.Originally posted by silverfox View Post13 isnt unlucky, i just keep falling off.

Cheers Coley. Got the motor into the frame today, but my flange will not fit on that way. Must be a variation in frames as it fits up to the swingarm and bottom mount fine. Got the frame stretched ok and original front mounts fitted back up. Might have to mod the bottom radius of the y. Need another couple of mm to get the flange on and away from the frame. Think the pipe will still hit on the Y as well. Have to think about it a bit more.
I tell you what though, following your thread really has made this a walk in the park so far!! Taken me about 4 hrs to get to this stage, and 3 of those was stretching the frame!! Damm they spring a long way!!
